USAGE

General Conditions

  • You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.
  • Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, the following products cannot be returned: Perfumes and intimate musk with an opened bottle, and products already used.

Return Procedure

Contact our customer service at wbmusc@gmail.com, specifying your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you instructions and, if applicable, a return label.

Once the product is received and verified, we will process a refund or exchange within 7 days.

Refunds are issued via the original payment method.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of our error or a defective product.

How long does intimate musk last on the skin?

Intimate musk offers excellent staying power. Its fragrance can last for at least 24 hours on the skin, depending on your skin type and the application area.
How long does a 15g pot last?

How long it lasts depends on several factors:

* the areas where you apply the musk
* the quantity used each time

The more areas you apply the musk to, the faster it will be consumed.

👉 For normal use, a 15g jar can last between 3 and 6 months.
Is it normal for my musk to crystallize?

Yes, this is completely normal. Musk can sometimes crystallize depending on: the ambient temperature and storage conditions.
This does not affect its quality in any way.
Can crystallized musk be used?

Yes, absolutely. Crystallized musk remains 100% usable and effective, with no danger.
What is the difference between intimate musk and roll-on deodorant?

Intimate musk can be applied to all warm areas of the body (including the armpits).* Roll-on deodorant, on the other hand, is specifically designed for underarm use only.
